At SWIFTLETZ LLC, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long order processing and delivery may take, shipping costs, tracking, and what to do if there is an issue with delivery.

We currently ship within the United States.
2. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted shipping partners depending on the delivery address, item size, order details, and carrier availability.
The carrier name and tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch where tracking is available.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are usually reviewed and begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, preparation, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated standard delivery time is typically 5–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. Full Estimated Delivery Timeframe
The full estimated delivery timeframe is typically:
Order processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated transit time: 5–6 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days from the order date
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may require additional time before processing begins.
7. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping across the USA.
8. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update after the carrier receives the package.
9. Delays
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect delivery information, or other unexpected events.
If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
SWIFTLETZ LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@swiftletz.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
11. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
12. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it is missing, please contact us promptly at support@swiftletz.com so we can investigate and assist.
